Thione Niang studied Public Administration. A female moderator asked him if there was a link between public administration and his interest in agriculture. He replied that he decided to tackle real challenges. In reality, in public administration, you learn about public service and especially what we call "wicked problems," which impact populations and slow down development. Understanding public service and wicked problems pushes you to think about concrete actions for your communities. Many people don't tackle real problems, but rather simply criticize the lack of action by governments.
